Scoop: first Swietelsky project with a Watermeln hydrogen generator

Clean energy, made easy

Last week, SWIETELSKY RAIL BENELUX B.V. carried out work at Alkmaar Station. To power the electric machinery, they completely relied on hydrogen generators from Watermeln πŸ‰βš‘

What makes this project extra special is that the installation was located right in a built-up area, directly next to a busy station πŸš‰ πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈβ€βž‘οΈ. Thanks to Watermeln's safety plan, Swietelsky had its paperwork quickly and completely in order πŸ‘. The setup was installed on Tuesday and neatly removed on Friday morning, without causing any nuisance from local emissions at the worksite.

To guarantee maximum reliability, two Watermeln units were deployed in parallel. This allowed for a continuous 150 kW of power to be delivered, while at the same time a 100% certainty of power supply remained available during the operations. βœ…

Thanks to SWIETELSKY RAIL BENELUX B.V. for the trust and the pleasant collaboration. It is great to show together that emission-free energy supply is perfectly possible, even at complex locations.
